This subject provides to students the basic orientation in christian theology and requires no special previous education. After short philosophic lecture the basic theologic disciplines are gone through. The subject is determined not only to believer students who want to know the reliable theologic grounding but also above all to ones who want to get know Christianity - religion from which graws our civilization up.

2.The Bible - The Old, the New Testament, the rise, language
3.The Bible - a historical background, books, Biblical archeology
4.Science about God (Triune God, the creation), philosophic anthropology
5.Jesus Christ - historical sources, Jesus as the God and man
6.The Church - beginning, mission, structure and forms of life
7.The worship of Saints and Virgin Mary in Church
8.The world history of Church
9.The history of Czech Church
10.Liturgical year, ceremonies, Sacraments (the Eucharist, baptism)
11.Ethic, moral theology - main categories and concepts
12.Moral questions connected with human life
13.World religions
14.Sects, destructive cults, new spiritual trends in the world
