Corporation and entrepreneurship, business environment, targets and role of business, corporation life cycle. Financial and ownership structure, optimal capital structure. Costs classification, calculation methods, cost curves, budgeting. Profit, production, price and costs relations. Effectiveness of investment. Subject is the introduction to various disciplines in management and finance. Human resource management. Motivation, stimulation and communication. Team management.
