Dear students,
let me inform you that our department in collaboration with a former (good) colleague (and schoolmate) Petr Havel from https://www.optimwise.cz/ company organizes a two-day visit/trip (Thu-Fri 28-29 April) to southern Moravia, which combines a visit to some automatic control-related company (or two or three, we are currently negotiating) and then in the evening some cultural program in a wine cellar.

It is kind of last-minute, I admit, but aranging these events is particularly difficult these days (most accomodation opportunities are gone for obvious reasons), still it may be great to get out of city for the day (and night); we used to have this almost tradition in the pre-covid days.
We can have a chat about this on Wednesday too, but you can start consulting your diaries.
For those who do not speak Czech, I confess it will most probably happen that the guide(s) during our visit(s) to the compani(es) might not be ready for English, I don't know, I am just guessing. But it may still be worth participating. I really mean it.
