Based on the official conditions for the graduate program at FEE CTU in Prague (par. 3), the course is prepared in English.

The materials such as lecture notes, slides, homework and test assignments, books and papers are available exclusively in English. Nonetheless, students can submit their problem solutions in any language (Czech or English) although they are strongly encouraged to use English.

Concerning lectures and seminars, if a Czech speaking students are only present, the lecture/seminar will be given in Czech. As soon as a single non-Czech speaking student is present at the lecture or seminar, the language automatically switches from Czech to English.
